What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with significant experience in business development, particularly in working in client facing roles with HNWI networks. This role is crucial for expanding Essentia’s investor network and lead generation efforts within the real assets, real estate, and private equity sectors. The ideal candidate understands the intricacies of engaging with high net worth investor networks and can leverage this knowledge to build and strengthen investor relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute initiatives to improve Essentia’s visibility with high net worth investor networks, focusing on Essentia’s real assets, real estate, and private equity investments

  • Develop relationships with HNWI networks, understanding their needs and how Essentia’s investment products can meet their clients' objectives.

  • Lead the creation and implementation of sales strategies tailored to HNWI networks that culminate into consistent and quality lead generation. 

  • Work closely with the Essentia founders and Essentia Investor Relations to develop targeted materials and presentations for HNWI networks.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and insights to guide future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a business development role, specifically work experience in client facing roles, preferably in single or multi family offices, wealth management, or similar industries. 

  • Access to a broad network of industry professionals and potential investors

  • An understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements relevant to working with HNWI networks.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the high net worth ecosystem.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex investment strategies to a diverse audience. Responds to client communications within 24-48 hours with most responses within the same day, if possible

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

The person who is going to be successful in this role has a large network of strong relationships with HNWIs who regularly invest in real estate offerings. This is critical. We have strong investment offerings but you will be successful only if you have a network that is interested in real estate opportunities and based on your relationship will readily consider what we have to offer.
