What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Investor Relations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The Investor Relations Associate plays a critical role in enhancing the company's reputation, attracting and retaining investors, and ensuring effective communication between the company and the investment community.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and financial institutions
Assist investors during the on-boarding process during a capital raise & communicate with our fund administrator to accurately track investor transactions
Aid in preparation of quarterly reports, investor presentations, and other financial communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities
Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Respond to investor inquiries, requests for information, and participate in investor calls and meetings
Support senior management in strategic initiatives, such as capital market transactions, investor targeting, and investor perception studies.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and corporate governance standards related to investor relations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
1+ years of experience in finance or related industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in reporting and documentation
Team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives
