What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Investor Relations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The Investor Relations Associate plays a critical role in enhancing the company's reputation, attracting and retaining investors, and ensuring effective communication between the company and the investment community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and financial institutions

  • Assist investors during the on-boarding process during a capital raise & communicate with our fund administrator to accurately track investor transactions

  • Aid in preparation of quarterly reports, investor presentations, and other financial communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards

  • Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

  • Respond to investor inquiries, requests for information, and participate in investor calls and meetings

  • Support senior management in strategic initiatives, such as capital market transactions, investor targeting, and investor perception studies.

  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and corporate governance standards related to investor relations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 

  • 1+ years of experience in finance or related industry

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in reporting and documentation

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives
